NetProspex uses a range of technologies to ensure data quality. The validation process is automated to ensure that only verified data is available to users. Once data is in the database, the company provides an estimate of the average accuracy of the contact as it ages. Data older than two years is automatically removed from the database.

Data quality information clearly displayed on each contact record
Accuracy ratings - Each record displays an accuracy rating assigned by our quality management systems. As the contact ages, the rating is adjusted to reflect an estimate of its average accuracy over time. A high rating (70% or above) indicates that the record passed our highest level of validation.

Validation date - Each record displays the most recent date that contact was validated by telephone. Independent telephone validation is the most reliable measure of accuracy.

People are always on the move, so we understand that no contact database will be perfect all the time. If you find a contact that has changed in between our validation checks, simply let us know and we'll replace it immediately.
