Gary Halliwell has spent 20 years building online publishing companies.

He was the President and Founder of Intelligence Data, an online competitive intelligence provider which experienced rapid growth prior to merger with Thomson/Dialog.

Gary served as CEO of Hurwitz Group a technology analyst firm and most recent he was the President of Zoominfo, a leading search engine for people.

 

Gary began his career as a diamond prospector, working in remote areas of the African bush before finding his current niche in online publishing. Gary has a masters degree from Oxford University.

Gary is featured in BtoB Magazine's list of Who's Who 2011.

Jeff Clewley has 20 years experience in online publishing. He was Chief Technology Officer of Fair Disclosure Financial Research, a Warburg Pincus portfolio company, where he developed the world's first real-time transcription service for corporate earning calls.

Prior to this Jeff held several senior technical roles in online business information publishing at Thomson. Jeff has a Bachelor of science degree from the University of Vermont and lived and farmed in Maine with his wife and three children.

Rauker joins NetProspex with 27 years of finance and business management experience in a wide range of sectors, including technology and online ventures.

Most recently, Rauker served for two years as a strategic financial consultant for Dow Jones & Company following the May 2008 acquisition of Generate, Inc. where he served as CFO since 2005. Rauker is a partner at Rauker, Schienfedt & Company, Inc., a leading accounting, tax and consulting services firm based out of Massachusetts, prior to that starting his career at Deloitte in Boston.

 

Throughout his career, Rauker has assisted clients in raising over $100 million in debt and equity funding, and has successfully negotiated multi-million dollar strategic contracts with Lycos, CNet, D&B and Dow Jones, among others.

Michael is responsible for sales, business development and marketing at NetProspex. Previously, Michael was SVP of Sales and Business Development at BzzAgent (acquired by dunnhumby).

He has over 20 years experience in media, six of which were with CNET Networks where he created and led international media network sales as the vice president of global solutions and was the Vice President of Sales for CNET's Business Media Network. Michael spent 13 years in various roles at Ziff Davis Publishing where he led corporate network sales teams and personally managed several of the companies largest global business partnerships, including IBM & AOL.

Scott is a seasoned data industry executive, spending the last sixteen years in the company and contact data business.

Ten years of his career were with OneSource Information Services, Inc. (NASD: IUSA), where his roles included overseeing a legal and contracting team, corporate development, and content licensing. Scott's entrepreneurial history includes his role in leading the start-up venture Platinum Data, an aggregator of high quality US company profile and contact information. Scott has an M.B.A. from Babson College, and B.A. from Tufts University.

Jimmy Becker is a business information industry veteran, with experience on both the buy- and sell-side of content licensing, product marketing, and sales leadership.

He was a co-founder of OneSource Information Services where he led the product development of their Business Browser product line, culminating in a successful IPO in 1999.

 

Subsequently, Jimmy joined D&B where he led the turnaround of their Traditional Sales and Marketing business, as well as delivering double-digit growth in D&B's third party licensing sales channel.

He was the VP of Product Management for Dow Jones, focusing on the web-based extraction of company and executive information and the distribution of this information to enterprise customers.

Most recently, he was the VP of Sales for Digital Trowel, a start-up company focused on web-based information extraction and sentiment analysis.

Jimmy holds a BA in Economics from Brown University and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.

Bruce is a veteran product development executive. He's been at the nexus of data and software for most of his 26-year career, including creation of mass-customizable prospecting portals for distributed salesforces as well as the launch of zapdata, the world's first cloud-based virtual datamart.

 

 

He has excelled in settings from startups to major corporations; most recently, prior to NetProspex, he drove the SaaS roadmap and acquisition strategy for eCommerce leader Art Technology Group. Bruce has a strong personal interest in user-driven product design and specializes in developing an understanding of customer needs and transforming that into innovative products. He has a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.

Tim brings a decade of professional experience in sales management and emerging market strategy to NetProspex. Most recently, Tim served as Commercial Director in the multimedia solutions group at Thomson Reuters where he led the North American sales strategy and global segment alignment.

 

Previously, he held the North American Segment Sales Manager role with Thomson Financial (formerly CCBN, Inc. via acquisition) where he helped drive new market expansion of Saas-based streaming services from $0 - $50MM segment. Earlier, he was a principal in high growth sales organizations including Akamai Technologies and Aware, Inc. Tim graduated with a bachelors of science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Rhode Island.

Maribeth Ross joins NetProspex with over 15 years of experience as a B2B marketer.  With experience developing award winning programs and sales enablement in organizations both large and small, Maribeth has a keen understanding leveraging data to drive demand. 

At Iron Mountain Maribeth spent 5 years responsible for Iron Mountain’s thought leadership and solutions go to market strategy. 

 

She is proud to say that her strategy included programs that leveraged NetProspex contact data. Maribeth credits her experience as a 6-Sigma blackbelt as a lever for marketing excellence, not just in terms of measuring effectiveness of programs, but also as a means to utilize market relevant data as content for both demand generation and thought leadership.

Prior to joining Iron Mountain, Ms. Ross led marketing for an information security software start-up firm and a subsidiary of Ford Credit. Maribeth's earlier career includes substantial work in business analysis, with over a decade of experience in solutions marketing.

As VP of Technology at NetProspex, Mike oversees Application Development, Database Operations, and IT Infrastructure at NetProspex. He brings over twelve years of technology executive management and twenty years of data experience to the team. Mike has extensive experience in the building of organizations that deliver highly scalable, highly available technology infrastructures and applications designed to deliver high quality data.

 

Prior to joining NetProspex, Mike was VP of Technology for Generate, Inc. (acquired by Dow Jones). As the first employee hired, he assembled and led the technology team that created Generate’s suite of products including the 2008 Codie award winning gClick. After Generate’s acquisition by Dow Jones, Mike led the migration of Generate’s technology to the Dow Jones platform.

Prior to joining Generate, Mike was CTO for OnlineAssistant, Inc. where he assembled and ran the technology and customer service teams. Prior to OnlineAssistant, Mike helped launch SwapIt.com. As VP of Technology at SwapIt, he directed the team that built and launched their highly available e-commerce website in four months. Prior to SwapIt, Mike was Lead Architect for MyHelpdesk.com, where he was instrumental in the launch of their personalized support service for software and hardware. Prior to MyHelpdesk, Mike was part of the engineering team at Bright Tiger Technologies (sold to Macromedia). Prior to Bright Tiger, Mike worked for ZDNet as part of the team that launched Computer Shopper Online (NetBuyer.com).

Ellyn is responsible for the distribution of NetProspex data through channel partners. She joined NetProspex in 2011 with over 18 years of experience in the data publishing industry. Ellyn spent 6 years with Thomson Financial, specifically with First Call and Thomson Intelligence, providing financial data to the corporate marketplace. She continued from Thomson to Lycos Ecommerce Business Development Division. Most recently, she spent 6 years with Zoom Information within Business Development providing large quantities of data to third party data providers.
